KNRG is committed to digital accessibility. We want people who use assistive technologies, keyboard navigation, screen readers, or other accommodations to be able to use our site effectively, and we work to improve clarity, structure, and consistency across our pages.
Standards we target
We aim to align with WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria as our practical target for web content. Conformance is an ongoing effort: new content, templates, and third-party components are reviewed with accessibility in mind.
Known limitations
Some areas may fall short of full AA conformance—for example legacy pages, third-party embeds, PDFs or media without full captions or transcripts, or rapidly updated sections. We track issues we are aware of and prioritize fixes that meaningfully reduce barriers.
